Cavendish Kinetics focuses on the development of CMOS compatible MEMS
process modules, the design and modeling of MEMS devices and
subsequently providing these two combined (process module and design
module) as an IP (Intellectual Property) package for customers to use
in
numerous different application areas. As the IP package is CMOS
compatible all standard CMOS foundries can be used.
