Can someone provide me with the recommendation of a competent company for
polishing the back sides of 4" device silicon wafers . They are to be used
on an IR Aligner afterwards.  I would prefer someone which you have had a
personal pleasant experience. I've gone the other route and don't wish to
travel that same road again.
