Betreff: [mems-talk] Ansys for electrical pull-in effect

Dear every one,

Do you know how to calculate the pull-in effect using 3D model in Ansys?
If I want to use direct coupled method, and if I select the solid45 for
the structure, what kind of element should I used for coupled electrical
field? Do I need use the contact element? If yes, how do I hook the the
contact element to the structure or transducer element? I really hope some
experts can give me some advices, it is a very interesting problem. Thank
you very much.

Regards,

Vickie
