I'm looking to purchase any surplus 4" SOI wafers that anybody may have for my
PhD research in MEMS at the University of Birmingham in England. I'm looking for
a range of Si thickness from 5 - 300um and a range of oxide thickness from 0.1 -
5um. If anybody has any SOI wafers that they want to get rid of please let me
know what ever quantity you have (even if it's just 1) and the kind of price
your after.

Many thanks

Anthony Cooper
