If you can go to microchem.com website and email this guy, Mike Shaw, you
will get all kinds of valuable imformation about SU-8.  I believe he is
the technical advisor of that product, and has a vast experience with any
kind of properties of SU-8.  And on top of everything, he is a really
pleasant research person to deal with.  I hope this helps,
