That reminds me some 8 years back when one professor
asked a computer expert: "Which software do you
prefer, Windows 95 or NT"? Expert answered: "Unix".

Which CAD MEMS software from the group IntelliSuite,
CoventorWare and MEMSCAP do I prefer? The answer is:
ANSYS :-). One might consider ANSYS not to be a CAD
tool, which is quite correct but for the MEMS work,
you can do almost anything by it. It is nto the very
friendly software, but you have full control of it,
which one cannto say about the other tools.
I can consider myself as designer and I had been using
ANSYS (we also had IntelliSuite and CoventorWare) last
4 years or so.
