There is quite number of MEMS foundries in Asia,
mainly in Taiwan and Japan. In India, there is
Semicoductor Complex Limited in Chandigarh (Punjab)
and in Singapore Nanyang Technological University,
Institute of Microelectronics, Institute of Material
Research and Engineering and Sens fab and a small MEMS
company called SiMEMS.
