Dear All:

I am wondering what may be left on a glass wafer after the removal of silver
thin film using ammonium hydroxide + hydrogen peroxide (50:50). Any silver
compound? If that is true, how can I remove it? I notice some people use
ammonium hydroxide (10ml) + hydrogen peroxide (10ml) + methanol (40ml). What is
the fucntion of methanol?
I appreciate any answers or comments on these questions.
