Hi Ted,
Advanced Infrared Pte Lts makes this equipment, but
sorry to say that, none of them it used :-) as we
makes new ones. The chamber as well as the loading
mechanism are customized based on wafer size. In case
you are interested to use the equipment for
photoresist stripping, the carbon dioxide operation is
more complex than just for the drying.
