     I am looking for vendors to supply oxidized Si wafers with the
following specifications -  400-425 um thick, DSP with 1 um oxide and
resistivity > 2000 ohm-cm, N-type and <100> orientation. I am also
looking for  oxidization services to grow about 1 um thick oxide on 4"
bare silicon wafers .
