Hi, there,

I coated PMMA 495A6 on glass wafer and covered by 50A gold. When I did e-beam
esposure, the glass sample looks OK (no charge) under low SEM magnification, but
under high magnification, PMMA is burned by e-beam quickly. Is there somebody
meet such a problem before and what's the possible solutions?
