Hi,

I am a PhD student in Electrical Engineering department at Arizona
state university. I am working in a MEMS group and we are interested
in measuring stress in deposited films. We are trying to buy a equipment,
which will be able to measure such stress.

One such equipment for sale is Ionic systems' Stressgauge. Have anyone
used this equipment for measuring stress in films. How good is this equipment
for such measurement. There are other good equipments for this kind of
measurement but they are expensive. Ionic systems' stressgauge is less
expensive.
It will be very helpful if anyone can give information about the performance
of this equipment.
