That would be very interesting if anyone could supply 200mm 1-1-0
orientation wafers. I have not heard of any major manufacturers that are
producing this 1-1-0 orientation in 200 mm. If anyone knows of such
capability from a grower- others would be interested as well.
Only way that I would think it could be done is via a core , slice and
process from a 300mm 1-1-1 or 1-0-0 crystal section- but that is a large
coring process.
