you cannot read it completely. I feel terribly sorry. I'll repeat the message
below:

We're now planning to establish a State Key Laboratory of Microelectronical
Sensors, so we'd like to buy equipment to develop and fabricate silicon
microsensors, e.g. silicon microelectronical pressure sensors and accelerometers
in automotive application.

We would like to know which equipment is the most essential in fabricating
silicon microsensors and which commercial companies to provid the equipment.
Does anyone have the experience? Does anyone tell me the names, addresses and
emails of these companies?

During and After the Laboratory of Microelectronical Sensors is established, we
welcome any help and cooperation from friends to develop silicon microsensors,
in order to have them comtribute early for whole human beings on the earth.
