HI everyone,

   I am working of Piezoelectric FPW and SAW devices. Based on the
information available on IDT's I have designed IDT structures. But
before I go ahead with the fabrication I would like to validate the
design. Does anyone know of any software which can verify the IDT design
for acoustic wave generation in thin membranes and on piezoelectric
substrates for SAW's.
