We have approx. 1000 150mm (6") wafers with blanket low-stress
nitride available.  Basic specs are as follows:

        - 150mm (6"), 675+/-15um thick wafer, 1-2ohmcm,
n-type/phosphorous/(1-0-0)
        - 3000A low stress nitride (LSN) blanket dep
        - Detailed spec's & cert's available upon request

        Will ship minimum quantities of 100-499 at $100 each, 500-999 at
