I would be much obliged if someone could help me. I'm looking for a MEMS
liquid flow meter for flow of about 0.002-0.05 (liter/min). The flow is
in pulses, and the liquid is mostly water. The liquid flows through a
tube of about 1 mm ID. If someone could tell me of such an off-the-shelf
product or a company with such a sensor, it will be very helpful.
