Hi all:

I am looking for MEMS Service providers for the following testing criteria:

Deflection measurements(by non-contact methods) for temperature ranging from 25
degree celcius to 300 degree celcius. The deflection is to be within 2~3 microns
in resolution, the maximum deflection is around 150 microns.
