I am looking for some silicon-on-sapphire wafers. At this time, I just want to
take some transmittance/absorption data of a thin layer of silicon. So I think
a piece of SOS wafer will sevrve my purpose. I want to ask:

1. Could you provide my suppliers of SOS wafers?
2. Anybody might give me (or lend me) a small piece of SOS wafer? I can return
it after I took the data.
