Hi all,

I am a student from Dalarna University, sweden.I am doing thesis relating
cryogenic pump and thin film deposition.recently I have seen this website where
members exchange infromation and discussions.I need some information about
cryogenic pump.I put down the questions as follows.

1)what is to be done to make a  cryogenic  pump less efficient as sputtering
doesn't tke place below 10 E-8.

2) plese suggest me any good books or websites that have information about
sputtering and cryo genic pumps.

will answer my doubts.
