Hi all,

I am trying to optimize a cantilever structure using
ANSYS 7.0 version. I am finding it difficult to choose
a desired variable for both static analysis and modal
anlysis.

I have taken length, thickness as Design variable and
Stress for state variable. For the objective variable
i dont know which parameter to take. If i take volume,
it is too negligible as i am simulating a
microstructure. I also need to increase the cantilever
sensitivity.
