What kind of questions do you have? We've got experience in both coating and
exposure many grades of SU-8 (both original and 2000) in many thicknesses,
including the a 2um film of SU-8 2002. Did you have questions in mind regarding
a specific application? Or are you looking for more general info? Perhaps you
are experiencing a problem and are looking for some possible suggestions for the
problem.
