The message you list is the error you get if the paths aren't set correctly.
If you followed the instructions found at:

http://mems.mirc.gatech.edu/ece4752/install.html

exactly, you might have mixed up your forward and backslashes, the
instructions call for UNIX style forward slashes in the path, but windows
calls for backslashes...
