Hi,
        I need to fabricate IDE's with pitch of 3 um . the metal layer on the
IDE is 2 um.I am using Cu as the top electrode.
      Does anybody have any experience with etching/ lift off of Cu in IDE
fabrication.Any information, process conditions etc will be highly appreciated.
