I am looking for Soi Wafer supplier that may have excess stock wafers
for a MEMS project that needs to have an evaluation of small volume
products in various device thickness.
I know that Ibis processes Simox, and they can satisfy some of the
thickness but I am also looking for 400, 600, 800 nm device and 1um
also. Sigen is not an option as they dont do 100mm.
Diameter is 100mm - if anyone knows of a source, please let me know.
