Benoit,
Any plasma gas will cause a change in surface tension. This means you
can use an inert gas such as Argon, change the surface but not actively eat the
PDMS. Bill Moffat

Subject: [mems-talk] Hydrophilic PDMS

Dear colleagues,
Besides using oxygen plasma treat PDMS surface, are there any other ways to
change it from hydrophobic into hydrophilic?
Sincerely yours
Benoit Ladoux
