we are looking for suppliers who manufacture "low temperature Gallium
Arsenide". The specifications are
1. Low temperature GaAs on a semi-insulating GaAs wafer
2. Size - 3" and 4"
3. Orientation is not important
4. Rate: 200 femto seconds
5. Thickness : 400 - 600 microns
