Hi All
Could anyone recommend me any commercial processing sub-contractor for the
deposition of metals like Ti, Au, Cr, Ni and Pd on 8" wafers, also with an
option to perform pre-deposition cleaning of the wafers by Ar ion sputteing in
the same tool?
