Dear MEMS-Talkers,

I'm looking for a vendor of high doped p-Silicon Wafer (NA >= 1e19 cm-3)
with
a small p-epi-layer (250nm - 350nm) with a p-Doping of about 2-4e16 cm-3.
The diameter of these wafers doesn't matter.

I hope, someone can help me.
