Could someone tell me what the relative permittivities are for typical
photoresists. We have Clariant AZ5214E in our department - it would be
great if someone could tell me what permittivity is expected from this
resist. Any help is much appreciated - the material is to be used for quick
prototyping of actuator type MEMS.
