Subject: [mems-talk] SU8 Information
Hello Lists,
I was just wondering if anyone can help me with some info on SU8.
What type of chemical is SU8, I know its an epoxy based resin but does it belong
to a
specific chemical type i.e. polyamide
Does anyone have or can lead me to the complete reaction of SU8 from when the
radicals are formed after exposure to the crosslinking of the Epoxy groups.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
Christian Antonio
