Hi MEMS talkers...I am plating very thin film of Co-P alloy to obtain a hard
magnetic material and I would like to know typical chemistry of salts and their
concentration to make a plating bath for Co-P deposition .If any one has a
detailed recipe for the Co-P plating bath please do email me.I know for sure
that less than 10%P would give me a crytalline structure of Co-P alloy.
