3D software???

Is someone aware of a software package that could be used in a MEMS or
Physical Electronics course that would allow the students to better
visualize the atomic structure of silicon and assist in better
understanding the different crystallographic planes and Miller Indices
directions as it relates to silicon (or zinc-blende or diamond lattices
in general)????

Thanks in advance,
 Kevin
