Looking for conductive polyimide...

Dear MEMS discussion group members

I'm looking for a special polyimide for a flip-chip bonding.

1) Materials should be conductive, I mean electrically conductive;
2) Materials should be spin-coated;
3) Materials should be wet etched.

If you have any ideas, I'll be happy. Thank you.
