Hello,

I am looking for ways how to homogeneously deposit thin layers of silver (up
to 5 nm).
Substrate size does not have to be large -  can be as small as 1 x 1 cm,
important is thickness homogeneity and precise thickness controll.

Any suggestions or contacts to relevant German or European industry/research
institutions are welcome.
