Rayleigh damping - Si

Dear MEMS society,

Does anyone know the critical damping ratio of Silicon(Si) at a specific
frequency?

I'm trying to perform a transient analysis of a silicon beam subjected to
various forces in FEMLAB. The damping is modeled using Rayleigh damping
parameters with damping coefficients proportional to the mass and
stiffness. To find the Rayleigh proportional-constants I need the critical
damping ratio of Silicon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,
