You might consider a conformal parylene coating over your mold to act as
a diffusion barrier.

hello,all,
I am trying to cure MAA in a PDMS female mold, but the PMAA can not be
peeled off from the PDMS
mold.the reason might be the diffusion of MAA into the PDMS mold or
adhesion (bonding) of MAA to PDMS.
Id like your opinion to solve this problem with PDMS or recommend me
another kind of rubber instead
of PDMS.
your responsed would be greatly appreciated!
