HEllo Sir,
I am an Electronics Engineering student.I am working
on design of Capacitive accelerometers(surface
micromachined) using Ansys.sir, being an electronics
student i am facing difficulties in understanding the
software properly.I could design the model using PRO-E
and import it to the ANSYS .but the problem is after
applying the loads (force) the centre beam(centre of
mass) is displacing too much passing the fixed fingers
( the space between the proof mass finger and the
fixed plate is 1 um) even though the applied force is
very very less(of the order of micro newtons).and the
proof mass finger is not realising that it is in
between the fixed fingers.
sir, could you please help me as how to give
constraints in ansys inorder to fix my problems.
waiting for your reply
thank you very much
vishweshwar suram
