Does anybody know where I can buy Cu single crystal substrate?
If there's a website which can tell me the price for Cu single crystal, that
will be ideal.
I am looking for the Cu single crystal which can be used as a substrate with
such dimensions:
1-2mm thick and around 10mm times 10 mm.

Basically, I am tring to deposit FeNi thin film on a substrate. So far, the
suitable substrate I found is Cu single crystal. If you know other materials
which are also good substrate for FeNi thin film, please let me know. I
appreciate your help!
