Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good etch chemistry for Ti/Cu/Au. The Ti is 1000A,
the Cu is 2.5um and the Au is 1000A. Standard Iodine based Au etchants
adversely affect the Cu underneath. Thanks.

Sincerely,

Robert Dean
