Hi all
  I have just recently started working with IE3D. I want to simulate a
planar capacitor (two electrodes), placed on a thin dielectric deposited
over a thick substrate. It would be great if  someone can provide me with
useful suggestions . I have done a couple of simulation, but the
results(extracted capacitance) seems to be absurd.
