PZT paste and organic vehicle

Hi,

I was trying to make some PZT paste to do thick-film PZT fabrication using
screen printing. Based on my literature research, the PZT paste consists of
"95% PZT-5H powder, 6 micron average grain size, 5% lead borosilicate powder
and 5 ml ESL 400 organic vehicle".

I was wondering if someone here knows what PZT-5H powder consists of and
which company can make it. Also I would like to know what is "ESL 400
organic vehicle". One paper mentions that ESL stands for "Electric Science
Laboratories". But I couldn't find its information on the Internet. If you
have any idea about them, please let me know. It will be very helpful.
Thanks a lot!

Best Regards,

Qing Yao
