Dear Microsystems Users and Suppliers,

I am after an in-line liquid flow sensor with either of the following
specifications:

Fluid - Various organics (e.g. methanol, acetone and water)
Flow rate range - 1-40ml/min
Input and output coupling - 100um internal diameter polyimide coated glass
capillary
Pressure rating - Atmospheric

Input and output coupling - 127um internal diameter stainless steel tubing
Minimum dead volume
Pressure rating - Sensor may have to withstand pressure differences up to
200bar (between the inside and outside of the device) but we may also be
able to use it at zero pressure difference.

If anyone can point me to a suitable supplier I would appreciate it.
