Reply to me only, plz: Doping concentration calibration / polaron profiler

Dear all,

I work on growth on MBE and need to do carrier concentration
calibrations on our new dopant cells (Be, Si, C) for GaAs
materials. I am wondering whether there is a company or some
people willing to help us with the measurement. We used to
have a polaron profiler for this purpose. But now the tool is
gone. I know SIMS can measure the dopant concentration and it
should be quite accurate. But my boss still wants to measure
carrier concentration directly. If you have the polaron, could
you help me with the calibration? We are willing to pay for
reasonable charges.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

I tried to send this email to the maillist twice, both rejected.
The maillist owner keeps asking me to "Please repost your request
asking that replies go to you and not the entire mems-talk list,"
which is what I did last time. Don't even understand why they kept
asking me to do this. :(

Cheers,
