Hello Anders-san, phil-san and all.
On the very recent MEMS workshop of ASME ( American Society of Mechanical
Engineering ), November 16 to 19, 1998 in Anaheim US. I saw at least
3 other software venders focused on MEMS design.
1) Microcosm : www.memcad.com
2) Intellisense : www.intellis.com
3) Coyotesystems : www.coyotesystems.com
Has value to check.
