Hi,

You can use 3 parts H2O2 and 1 part NH4OH. One note be careful as gold makes
the solution bubble and you could get thermal run-away, so let the solution
cool off before putting your sample in. This cleans gold surface very well
and also works on glass.

Subject: [mems-talk] Gold clean chemistry

Hello,

I have pure gold-layered silica electrodes (thin gold layer on glass)
that I would like to completely decontaminate after sensing uses, can
anyone reccomend a wet gold cleaning process that will not etch my gold
or silica.

I was recomented to use Piranah, but that does etch my gold after a
period of time.

Thank you,
Ed
