Hi ,

I would like to introduce myself: I'm a phd-student working at the
university of aachen / germany and my task is to simulate the behaviour of
micromachined devices. Until now our group worked with ANSYS.

Now we think about simulating a pair of micromachined transmitter and
receiver.
The transmitter and receiver look like helix antennas or flat coils
and the distance between them is about twice the diameter.
The diameter is about 2 cm, the working frequency is between 13 and 40 MHz.

We want to calculate the transmission coefficient,
the dynamic behaviour (transmitter and receiver change their position
against each other)
and mutual inductance, ....

Does anyone has expierences with questions like this?
Maybe you know a suitable software for this problem?

Thank you in advance,
Timm
