Hi,

I fabricated SU8 on the Si substrate and printed PDMS using SU8 as a
molder. When PDMS layer was peeled off from SU8 molder some PDMS which was
not fully solidified adsorbed on Si. How can I clean the residua and
repeated use the SU8 molder?
