PDMS to Plexiglas bonding?

Hi:
In order to bond PDMS to PMMA, you need to modify the
PMMA surface to introduce some OH groups. You can do
that by treating the surface with LiAlH4 (for
reference see: Direct-write laser micromachining and
universal surface modification of PMMA for device
development; Ji-Yen Chenga,et al., Sensors and
Actuators B 99 (2004) 186–196). You can then attach a
freshly oxidized PDMS by conformal contact.
