Dear MEMs researcher,

I need to deposit Au(200nm) on the coated polymer film(20nm), but in order
to stick Au on the polymer film safly, what mateial can make it between Au
and polymer film?   Chrome can be adhesives between Au and silicon, but I
don't know what can be between Au and polymer film.
